Description

HALO gives a continuous, even light along the whole length- no diffuser or aluminium profile is required and it's fully waterproof so can be used indoors or out - it's only 6 x 12mm and it's horizontal flexibility means it's easy to fix to walls to create up or down lighting effects.

Fixing : Use a silicon adhesive to fix to walls or flat surfaces. Can also be supplied with mounting clips.

Waterproof : IP65 rated so can be used indoors or out as long as the joints are sealed in accordance with instructions.

It operates at 24V and a has a maximum recommended single length of 7m, however if you want a longer length just use a larger power supply and place it in the middle of the run.

General LED Strip FAQ

All pricing, unless longer length stated, are for 1m. So, if you need a continuous length of 5m, just add 5m to your shopping cart.

Yes. To cut, a sharp pair of scissors or a Stanley blade will cut LED strip lights with ease. You must only cut at the pre-defined cutting points shown as a black line across the width of the LED tape, with copper end points so that you can easily use solder or Grippas to connect around corners, or a power supply, for example.

Each product description also states the interval between the cutting points.

Do NOT cut outside of the designated cutting points.

This is up to you and your individual requirements. Typically, utilising profile helps to:
- Better diffuse light
- Decrease any visible spotting
- Easy to wipe clean, i.e., when utilising under kitchen cabinet, for example.
- Gives a degree of protection to the LED strip.

It depends on the LED strip you are utilising. For example, are Seamless range (Line10) are incredibly flexible and can easily navigate most corners.

However, you could also use these two methods:
- With Grippas
- With solder connections

We have everything from:
- Solid colours; red, blue and whites from warm, natural to cool (2700K to 6000K).
- RGB & RGBW, i.e., colour changing.
- CCT 'Adjustable White' - allowing you to change the mood of a room from warm to cool white.
- PixelStrip - allowing you to programme your strip to have light 'chase' sequences, or many other options.
